NORDIC BIO FORM RM 150 is a low-emission, highly fluid form release agent based on renewable raw materials.

NORDIC BIO FORM RM 150 is a highly liquid form release agent, based on renewable raw materials, and suitable for all methods of compaction and concrete consistencies. The product can be used in precast concrete element and ready-mix construction and civil engineering. Its exceptional penetrating properties make it suitable for mixer maintenance as well.

NORDIC BIO FORM RM 150 is a highly reactive, chemically/physically acting release agent based on renewable raw materials. Its low viscosity provides good workability and high coverage. Special purpose additives ensure easy form work release and good corrosion protection while keeping the formwork clean. NORDIC BIO FORM RM 150 facilitates the production of clean fairfaced concrete surfaces without any stains or blowholes. Does not impede the adhesion of sub sequent coatings (e.g. render, paint coats) if applied appropriately thinly. Can dissolve/corrode foamed plastics such as Styropor or Neopor.

COVERAGE: Depending on the type of formwork: 8 to 12 ml/m² or 1 liter for 85 to 125 m².

PACKAGING: NORDIC BIO FORM RM 150 is supplied in 20 liter cans, 200 liter drums and 1000 liter containers.

APPLICATION: NORDIC BIO FORM RM 150 is a ready-to-use product and is applied onto the pre cleaned, dry formwork undiluted, evenly and thinly, using a high pressure sprayer, totary applicator or a mounted spray bar system. Avoid or remove excess quantities of the release agent. When using vibration compaction equipment, make sure to observe the manufacturer’s specifications of vibration duration and vibration frequency. Avoid any additional vibration. Avoid prolonged contact with zinc coated metal parts as this may result in reactions with some of the ingredients. Never mix NORDIC BIO FORM RM 150 with other release agents, as this may lead to uncontrolled results.

STORAGE: NORDIC BIO FORM RM 150 can be stored in its original, unopened container for a minimum of 12 months, keep away from frost and direct sunlight. Observe the ordinance on plants for storing, bottling and handling water-polluting substances.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT: Wear suitable protective clothing and protective gloves when handling the product. Immediately remove clothing that has become stained with the product. If product gets on skin, wash off with soap and water. Observe Safety Data Sheet.
